White windows with beige border on green house…where do I hang my black shutters?

green house windows
by zharth

Question by onamission: White windows with beige border on green house…where do I hang my black shutters?
I need to know the best length for, and at what point to hang my black shutters….do they go directly beside the windows or beside the border. The border is wide and beige. Windows are white. This part of house is sided with green siding. Part of the house is brick with black shutters next to the windows. (That part has no border.)

I’m assuming the shutters are strictly for decorative purpose? If so, they would go on the outer edge side of your window trim ( or border, as you called it). The shutters should be the same length as your window frames. Take measurements of you windows & purchase them accordingly. When hanging them, they should be totally even with your window frames … NOT the trim, but the windows themselves. Hope this makes sense to you… I’m not exactly sure how to explain it.

I am planning on building a Green House for my Tortoises.?

Question by buddy072: I am planning on building a Green House for my Tortoises.?
I am going to have a tropical side of the green house for my red-foots. If it is large enough, can i put some tropical birds in it with my only 2 red-foots,( they are small) And what kind of birds would you suggest?

It will have vegitation, plants, small trees and shrubs.
I will probley be in there every day, and will make sure to keep the “poop” out. What about parakeets? I know they come from austriala, but would they do well??

something smaller like conures as large birds will destroy all tour foliage…LOL… and put up a catch tray as the poop will fall to the ground where your red-foots can eat it and birds carry bacteria and parisites that can transfer easily to reptiles
